Artistic Bathtubs in Richmond Hill
Most bathtubs are a plain white box you stop noticing the day after it goes in. An artistic bathtub is the opposite. It is meant to be seen, a hand-painted feature that turns an everyday fixture into the centrepiece of the room. For Richmond Hill homeowners who want a bathroom with real personality, Canzeno offers hand-painted, waterproofed designs as part of its Artistic Collection.
What Is an Artistic Bathtub?
An artistic bathtub is a tub finished with a hand-painted design rather than a standard factory colour. Because the work is done by hand, no two pieces are identical, and the design can be tailored to the look you are going for, whether that is bold and modern or soft and classic. The finish is waterproofed so the artwork belongs in a working bathroom, not just a showroom.
Hand-Painted Designs for Bathtubs, Toilets, and Sinks
The Artistic Collection is not limited to tubs. The same hand-painted, waterproofed approach can be applied to toilets and sinks, so you can carry a design theme through the whole room or keep it to a single standout piece. That flexibility makes it easy to add as much or as little artistic detail as your space and taste call for.
A Custom, One-of-a-Kind Statement Piece
The appeal of a hand-painted fixture is that it is genuinely yours. It is not a mass-produced item that thousands of other homes also have. For a powder room you want guests to remember, or a primary ensuite you want to feel special, a hand-painted tub or sink does something a catalogue fixture cannot.
Is an Artistic Bathtub Right for Your Bathroom?
An artistic fixture is a design choice, not a necessity, and it suits some projects better than others. It tends to work best as the focal point of a room, paired with simple surroundings that let the piece stand out. If you are already planning a bathroom update in Richmond Hill and want one element that feels custom and personal, this is where it fits.

A tub to shower or tub to tub conversion takes 3–4 days, and a full bathroom renovation 7–9 days. The base is built and tiled in our shop first, so the time on site stays short.
An acrylic base comes in stock sizes and is plastic. A traditional tiled base is built on site with a mortar bed and a membrane. Ours is fully custom and tiled like a traditional base, but it is built off-site with a layered waterproof structure, so it goes in faster and without the mess on site.
Yes. The base is built with a multi-layer waterproofing system and an integrated perimeter flange to protect against leaks and moisture over the long term.

What homeowners say about Canzeno
My family and I were extremely pleased by the work done by Canzeno Bathroom Renovations! The team was very professional and courteous. They were extremely knowledgeable and proficient for our main bathroom renovation. They treated our home with utmost care and kept the areas in our home clean during the renovation work. They always arrived early and stayed until the job was complete to the utmost satisfaction and delight of myself and my family. I would hire Canzeno Bathroom Renovations again in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs expert professional bathroom renovators at a very reasonable price.
Neil DyalGreat job done! Exactly the way we wished for. The design and workmanship is excellent. So hard to find a good contractor. So glad we found you! Highly recommend!
A MThe shower system was probably my favourite part of the whole renovation. I had never seen a shower base prepared like this before. It arrived ready for installation and fit our space perfectly, which made the whole process a lot easier. You can tell Canzeno has put a lot of thought into how the system is made. Really happy with how everything turned out!
parnia RezaeikalantariHonestly, we didn’t expect the renovation to go this smoothly. Masoud was easy to deal with, gave us good ideas, and didn’t try to push us into things we didn’t need. The shower turned out amazing and the whole bathroom feels like a completely different space now. Really happy with the work and would definitely recommend Canzeno.
afsane hosseiniWe recently had our bathroom renovated by Canzeno and had a really good experience overall. Everything went pretty smoothly, and the team was professional and easy to work with. We were especially happy with the custom shower base. It was made for our bathroom and came really well packed, so there were no issues when it arrived. The installation was done neatly, and the team paid attention to the details, especially with the waterproofing and slope. The shower turned out great and we’re really happy with the final result. It feels like good quality work, and we would definitely recommend Canzeno to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom.
M.KWe recently had our bathroom renovated by Canzeno, and we were very impressed with the entire process. What really stood out was their custom tiled shower base. It was built in their workshop specifically for our bathroom and arrived at our home extremely well packed and protected. It honestly felt like receiving a carefully prepared product rather than having everything built from scratch in our bathroom. The installation was very organized, and the team kept the work area clean throughout the renovation. The shower base had the proper slope and everything fit together beautifully with the wall tiles. We love the finished shower and especially appreciate the attention to waterproofing and detail. It looks beautiful now, and we feel confident that it will continue to perform well for many years. We would definitely recommend Canzeno to anyone considering a bathroom renovation.
